How long until gshelper responds usually ?

Hi, I sent in a ticket 4 days ago for help with the cafe dash template and have yet to receive an answer is this normal whats the general wait period does anyone know?

    No idea. I don't even know where you found "gshelper", haha... Maybe try asking your question on the forums?

    Not sure about GSH but we respond within 12 hours often within 1 hour if its in our time zone 7am-11pm.

    We also offer free support for paid templates but again I'm not sure on the set up over there.

    Customer service is our #1 priority so imo 4 days is too long and i haven't seen Jon around since his big scam.
