How to convert to pro version?

in Working with GS (PC)

Hello everyone,
I was using gamesalad basic for my game and now my boss bought a pro version for us. All he got was some transaction ID and other information. How do i convert my basic version to a pro version now? and will the license be valid for both mac and PC version?

    You need to log out of creator (the software not the forum) and log back in.

    All pro is, is a login. Simply login into his account on your computer. Just like you would login to his email.

    @zaheer, you'd likely need to contact tech support about that and see if you could get the purchase switched to your account.

    There is an email link in the bottom left corner of my website, apparently it's not very noticeable! LOL

    @Jamie, sorry i tried a lot and clicked like 10 times on the email link but nothing is happening :) any other quick way?
