Hmm.. This usually do not happen as I am working on windows creator 10.4.1. Try to update your windows (patches) as it might have patches for .net framework. Even then if it does not work then i suggest uninstalling all software related to GS and restarting the PC and then reinstalling it again. Then use windows update to update .net framework. Once done restart the PC and check how is it going.
@tixepower, if your actors move to unexpected places or colors change wildly then you probably need to look at the suggestions regarding regional settings at the beginning of this thread:

As to getting the preview to work, follow what @nabbo said, specifically .NET 4.5 needs to be installed.
