I want the red ball collide with the inside of the ring, the ball going to have physics and you be able to move the ring
Check out our @firemaplegames demo section on GSHelper.com - Joe has made a demo that does exactly what you're looking for.
Did you mean Constrain to circle DEMO?.....thats not what im loocking for
I think I made what you wanted. I used @RThurman response here: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/38712/constrain-to-circle-while-dragging to help me make the project.
Here's the project. Use the arrow keys to move the circle around. http://ge.tt/8R9n8Op1/v/0?c
Thanks @mouch10's for the attribution!
There are probably several different ways to do this. Here is yet another demo that might be relevant:
And here's something else related that uses math instead of collisions: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/comment/383766/#Comment_383766.
Thanks guys
This template can help you in the right direction. Also helpful in other ways http://www.gsinvention.com/store/p30/Simplified_Joystick.html
how to make ball collide with inner diameter of the circle
Another method, using custom collisions. Might have already been suggested, I didn't check each one.
Moving the circle will be non-trivial but definitely possible.

This is fantastically clever. Kudos to both of you.
