How do I know if resolution independence is on?

If I forget to check the resolution independence at the begging is it possible to put it on later ?

    Yes.
    But you will have to make sure graphics are still compatible with res independence. Basically if the images are all double res they will work with independent on...if you did not use double res images then you will have to re-make them to double res.
