    @timolapre1998‌
    Irrelevant.

    yes.

    he is not the killer.

    he heard nothing

    Was the murder planned?

Was he involved with the murder in any way?

Did he hire a killer to kill someone?

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

    Yes

    No

    No.

  • -Timo--Timo- Member Posts: 2,313

Hard one... Need some help from other people!

Did the man knew the murder would take place?

Was he okay with the murder?

Did the paper just say 'murder'? ;)

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

he wasnt certain until he read the paper.

    no.

no. We know the paper said "Death at Sea" and we know the person drowned.

  • -Timo--Timo- Member Posts: 2,313

Nobody else knows it was a murder?

Did the paper said anything so he knew it was a murder?

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

    no(nobody else knew)

Nothing that he didnt already know except that the named person was dead.

  • -Timo--Timo- Member Posts: 2,313

Was there a picture in the paper? Is that important?

Can you give a tip? Dont know what else to ask... Maybe a direction?

Where the boat going somewhere, or was it just going out on the sea and returning to the same place?

    Tip!? ;)

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

You guys have a really bad habit of asking questions in ways that the technical answer drag you further away. You also havent explored how the man in question knows the killer, something we have established is true. that is the tip im giving today.

But sorry, lemme answer the ones i missed.
    was there a picture? No
was the boat going someplace and returning? No, this boat was a one way trip.
Was he sitting at the bench? No

  • -Timo--Timo- Member Posts: 2,313

Was the killer a friend? Family?
(Not seeing the point how this question can be important ;) )

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

    no

    no.

(because now you have to figure out how this can be the case)

  • ImNiklasImNiklas Member Posts: 103

Did he really know him and spoke to him on a regular basis or had he only met him once?

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

technically not yes or no, but once.

  • ImNiklasImNiklas Member Posts: 103

So the one meeting had something to do with the boat trip? Did he work with the boat in some way?

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

    yes.

    no.

  • ImNiklasImNiklas Member Posts: 103

So they met once and talked to each other about the boat trip, but the other guy wasn't didn't work with the boat in any way? Where's the logic? ;)

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

its there. You asked if he worked with the boat, he didnt. So he isnt a member of the crew, is my answer. So how else might he have been involved in such a story? Believe me, you guys are dancing around and avoiding every question that could give a huge boost to this, its pretty astounding.

    Was he the ticket seller?

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

    yes he was

  • -Timo--Timo- Member Posts: 2,313

    And they spoke only once?
Is how long he worked there important?

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

yes. no it is not. honestly, you have almost the entire story. you have the who and the when, now figure out the why.

  • -Timo--Timo- Member Posts: 2,313

    Why the murder was committed?
Did the man who was murdered steal? Was he illegal on the boat?

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

    no, no, and no.

I said a while back that motive was irrelevant. The why is the why of the story, not of this murder.

  • ImNiklasImNiklas Member Posts: 103

@Tosanu‌ Wow was he really the ticket seller? :O I figured it out when I was trying to explain my last question :P I think I know the answer, but I won't say it so that @timolapre1998‌ will have a chanse. But I will give you a hint; Is the number of tickets is bought important?

  • TosanuTosanu Member, PRO Posts: 388

well to be more precise, and provide my own hint, this is a travel agent, not someone sitting in front of a boat with a roll of tickets.

    yes

    yes
