Hello: I'm "a bit slow on the uptake" sometimes, but hey, if you don't know, you don't know, as they say...
Every target display size is shown with a white outside border; this must be the size for the particular device/machine, as this outside area is shown in Preview.
So what is the purpose of the inner border, please?
