should i create new app id for updating rejected app ?

in iPhone and Android Publishing

My first version of the app got rejected so what next ?

Should i create a new app with new app id and bundle id? or

can i update.
But When I am updating I got the error that their is already a binary uploaded with version 1.

What should i do..Please help me.

    No. You just need to fix the issue with your app (The reason it got rejected). Then upload a new binary and change version number to a number higher than 1. ie. 1.0.1. Worked for me.
