Timer based on amounts of taps

How do you create a display that shows a countdown on the screen, but everytime an actor is tapped it adds 1 second to the countdown.

So like the more you tap a certain actor you get more time. How would you create a display like this on the screen.
Here is a count down timer someone else made and I have adapted it to add 1 second every time it is tapped.
