It might be a few weeks yet. The question about Jam 2 winners and free months Pro was put to the panel at the December GameSalad meetup earlier this week, and there wasn't a definitive answer given, other than ...sometime soon.
They've previously stated that the months of Pro should be given out by the end of December - but that's not a guarantee. They've also said that the months for Jam 1 and Jam 2 will probably be awarded at the same time. So the answer is most likely at some point in the next few weeks.
