music problem

in Working with GS (PC)

Hi,I have created one game with some sound effect and it worked well on my windows PC. Then I tested in mac and it worked well there as well, but when i tested it on my phone using test flight I could not get the any sound effects not even single sound or music. plz help..

    Was the volume on your device turned up/on? :)

    yes, the volume on my device was turned on.i have tried using both .wav and .oog formats.
