Help with itunesconnect submit questions

Hi

This is my first time of trying to submit iphone app and I have following questions:

Export Compliance - I am assuming NO?
Content Rights - Well I assume they are not referring to ads, so NO?
Advertising Identifier (IDFA) - Well I have chartboost, is that a YES or NO?

    Ifda. Yes. Ads are dispersed from within the app...be sure to also sign that you allow ads to be turned off
