We found the problem (zombies). To kick your game into gear you can right click on your "Generate" button and click "Open in new tab" or "new window". This will send the command to generate again. Sorry about the problems, we're looking for a way to prevent another zombie outbreak.
(Zombie is a process that is still running despite it's parent process dying. In this case the zombie was eating generate messages but not actually performing the app generation. We think the zombie formed because of high load to the android app generation worker process, but we're not sure).
Can someone please do something about this generating button stuck on the android section???? It's been stuck since april 27 and I've tried the above method nothing works. And I've sent email to help desk support.

Have you simply tried clicking the URL refresh button. Not all publishes will just automatically proceed to the signing stage. Just a thought.

I have done that:
"Your request (#11997) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."
Still not resolved!!!!
It has been six days and still no response from support staff. How can we ever depend on the GS publishing server for time critical production?
