720p to Gamesalad Arcade?

I'm a noob, but I'm getting better. I started a 720p project thinking I'll be able to test on my android tablet, but I found out I can't without a pro membership. So I've decided I want to make it html5. I'm very far into making the game and I'm wondering if there is any way to change the project type into Gamesalad Arcade. Is there?

    I believe you can just go ahead and publish your game as an Arcade Game and it will scale to fit the arcade dimensions. I'd say try it out and see, the game does not need to be complete to test it.
