Looks like you probably had 'overscan' picked when you published the game, you might try using 'letterbox' or 'stretch' instead.

Yes I did have it on overscan, I have switched to letterbox and now the screen is not cut off however there are now black boxes on each side of the screen. I believe the "stretch" option would be the best option, unfortunately it only gives me the option between "letterbox" and "overscan"

Any ideas why I cant do "stretched"?

@Lv98Arcade, I'm not sure. I've never published to Android so I was assuming the options would be the same as iOS. Perhaps someone who has published for Android can offer some further advice.

To create a universal build which will fit all devices will require some code in the HUD actors and your playing area will need to be restricted. Read the instructions in my signature below for more information.

A galaxy s3 has the aspect ratio of 16:9, an iPhone legacy build has a ratio of 3:2. From the preview the device you made it for looks like an iPhone legacy build. Look into universal builds using overscan as it will properly fit it to most devices with the correct rules.
