google IAP not possible without wallet?

Is it really so?

Google wallet is not available in my country. Does that mean I can't add IAP on my app for google play?

    You may need to search for alternatives in your area. Falling that, Google control everything google, so if wallets not there, you are stuck. You *could try setting up an alternative address using something such as borderlinx which is great for digital transactions.

    I use this when buying stuff from Amazon.com when the £1 slaps the $
