How to prompt users to rate your app after an X number of minutes?

I want to have a popup to ask users to rate your app after a number of minutes is there a way to do that?

    You can use the game.time attribute to track seconds. After 300 seconds display your popup

    Ok but how would I get to the apps App Store page?

    in itunes on your app you can click "view in App Store"
    which leads to a blank missing page in case you game is not live yet
    but you get the URL you need for your pop up
