Android Achievements and leader boards are not posible?

Is it possible to configure Achievements and Leaderboards on Android? (Not Amazon).
I see you can configure achievements and leader boards on Apple iOS but I don´t see any behaviour or tutorial for Android.

    Nope not yet. We've only just been able to allow Google IAPs. You can still add Amazon Game circle to your google games
