Generating APK waiting over 3 days

I am trying to publish a new versions of my games. After pressing the Generate APK, I get the message:

"Your app was queued for generation on Jan 28 at 13:48 UTC. It may take a couple of minutes - why not go brush up on your knowledge of GameSalad while you wait?"

But I never get the APK. It's now over three days. I have also tried to publish games as a new games, no success.

I found from the forum that according to GS there "might be problem (zombies). To kick your game into gear you can right click on your "Generate" button and click "Open in new tab" or "new window". This will send the command to generate again."

Tried it, does not work.

Does anyone have a solutions to this?

    Try refreshing the page. That always works for me. The server never informs me that it's done generating, I always have to refresh to page to see that alert.

    Braydon_SFX: no luck with refreshing, nor with different computer nor different browsers (tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox)

    For the iPad version everything works like a charm, but for Android version I am just stuck in this agony of frustration.

    this happened already ca. 2 months ago they had to fix it on server side.

    @adent42 just a minute ago I managed to get an APK. I don't know if it's your doing or mine. Anyway here is what I did for further information if anyone else ever encounters this frustration hell.

    I haven't boot my comp (which I use for game salad production) for a while and I encountered another problem. I could not get any pdf files to open and was just wondering what the hell was going on when I noticed from the Mac's Activity monitor that game salad had a tons of threads idling away.

    So at the end it came to this "have you tried turning it off and on again". Booted the comp and tested the pdfs. Worked, then it occurred to me that maybe the game salad threads also somehow messed up the publication to the GS server. Tried publishing again and it worked. Don't know what happen, but now it works :)
