How do I use the Purchase Table?

So I want to have IAP in my game. I am just lost on how to even start. I watched a video about it but the guy was constantly talking about old features of GS and I got lost. Does anyone know of a good tutorial for IAP's? Im really trying to do the basics right now like, Extra lives and no ads. Thanks

Do i have to be a pro user to code with IAP. If so i have my card ready LOL

    Yes, you have to be PRO. @Armelline has a great thread on IAP. You should check it out. I believe he will also be presenting tomorrow on the GS Webinar about the new IAP system.
