publishing a free game

hi everyone. i dont have the pro version. can i publish a free game on site in the internet like eventhubs? or piblish the game to site that i made for the game?

and another question : if i put in my game music that i didnt make (like from mega man games) and publish the game on site in the internet ,and the game is free, its copyright infringement?

    As a free member you are allowed to publish your game to the App Store (iOS) and to the GS Arcade....which allows your game to be embeded in a website.

    Im pretty sure any usage of anyones music without specific permission can be considered cooywrite infringement...unless of course you are producing that music and just using the notes....regardless if it is a free app.

    I dont know what eventhubs is...but in the arcade, after upload the is an embed code
