Okay well I was thinking of an apple developer account but one thing.
My dad might say no but do they send mail to your house or call you? Cause if they did I'd be busted.

I just wanna upload not get mail or calls it's fine if I get email

    You can sign up for a free developer account to allow you to start coding, and test using their virtual iPhone, but if you want to submit anything, or test on a real iPhone / iPod Touch you need to pay the $100 to sign up for a real developer account. They won't call you, but you do need a credit card, bank account information and to sign tax forms, so you do need to be over 18 to get the account, or have your father sign up for you.
