How would i make a scrolling page, i have a lot of levels and simply want to scroll down as if you would on safari on a large page. Any help much appreciated. I looked for videos but must be typing the wrong thing. Thanks

Im also having a problem with an actor that gets spawned at a level end. I want it to be unscrollable but how do you do that to a spawned actor? There is no option for layers.

    thanks

I'm having a lot of trouble replicating this. Just won't move. Has anyone ever done this before? Something I may be missing? Easier way?

    Thanks

That menu of mine that is linked to above uses the 'fast constrain' developed by Socks, it might help if you looked at that thread:

Thanks Jamie! I'll take a look later on

Just realised I don't actually know what you meant by that. How easy should this be to replicate? Fast constrain? What this
    Thanks

I managed to sort all of this Jamie bar one part. My screen is scrolling as I want, the only problem I'm having is that I can't get it to change scene when pressed instead of change a number. How would this be applied? Anyone

    Thanks @jamie_c

@joelloyd, Glad you got it working I missed your previous comment. Sorry. I don't have the file open in front of me but I think in the rules where I have a text display to change the number you should use a Change Scene Behavior instead.

Edit: I've updated the file, only the first button will work now. It goes to scene two. The button display actor now acts as a game controller to send the game to a specific scene.

@jamie_c did a great job adapting Sock's constrains to the a scrolling menu, but it's worth noting that it can actually be stripped down and simplified even further. Attached is @jamie_c's menu system with just Y scrolling and all the avoidable bits removed. I used something similar to this very recently.
