cant rate without opening app

So my mother in-law bought an app that she played on friends phone. Going to do the good thing like i told her and rate it, she shows me that it comes up with a crazy rate null_ . so i asked her if she played it on her phone and she says not yet so i open the game and then go back to the rating and this time it goes through after she had tried about 8 times earlier.

    You can't rate on deletion either.

    I know it's been long overdue and everyone knows that, but it was weird just deleting an app without GIVE IT A STAR RATING thrust in your face....
