Windows 8 Publishing - App Not Generating

Is Anyone else having trouble publishing an app for Windows 8?
I've clicked on Generate App in my portfolio it's been stuck on 'generating' for 3 days. Only for Windows 8 devices though.
I've tried refreshing, opening in new tab to relaunch process, re-uploading the package multiple times but still no luck...

    submit a bug, that doesn't seem right.
    have you tried uploading it as a new project

    Thanks, yeah I tried that too. Even tried uploading it as a new project from an older creator version to see if that made a difference. I submitted a ticket a couple of days ago but not heard back yet.
