Where is the "Incentives tab" for the sweepstakes of the Fire TV promotion?

On the Fire TV promotion blog it says "To submit your game for this promotion, simply publish your game and follow the instructions on the Incentives tab." I can not find where this Incentives tab to get to the instructions is. Amazon accepted my game now I'm just trying to get to the sweepstakes part where I fill in my info. Anyone have a link to it?

    it's on the publishing portal under the game you worked on.
