Faster tilt depending on how much you tilt your phone?

How would I achieve this? How can I have an actor move depending on the tilt of you phone?
Example: If you tilt your phone fast the actor moves fast . If you tilt your phone slow the actor moves slowly.

    I don't know about tilting fast vs slow but I have a tutorial online that will move the player faster or slower depending on the degree of tilt, see below:
