    @BlackCloakGS thanks.
    @jonmulcahy You say currently no ad providers. Does that mean some are coming?

    We have no plans. All the ad provides we support show ads for Google Play apps which you can't get to on the FireTv. The is a feature request for Amazon ads in our public bug database.

    I noticed yesterday that if on the Fire TV you go to Games -> Adventure my game was listed at number 52. It was so cool to see it in the store, now i just need to get some marketing in place.

    anyone aware of any fireTV review websites?

    @jonmulcahy ya it's great there's still not very many games available. My first game was 1 of 42 in arcade and my second was 1/80 or something in action.

    @jonmulcahy Awesome vids! Your game looks marvelous at that size. I just bought a fire tv today and hoping to refine my game for it.

    It's worth pointing out that most "consoles" and platforms like Steam don't really do ads, they rely on the old-school premium model. While Steam has F2P games, they do this with microtransactions and not with ads.

    It's a good idea to start thinking of these markets as totally different beasts with different customers. Valve in particular is very wary of games that feel "ported" to Steam. They want to know that you understand the Steam customer and their expectations, and have designed for them.

    @dgackey True, thank you for the advice. Despite the lack of ads on platforms, I will use what is available for monetization, such as selling for a premium and using iAP. On a related note, thank you and the GS team for implementing controllers.

    @jonmulcahy 's videos were very inspiring. The idea of playing on a big screen with a controller is quite exciting. {Will be trying the Fire TV later today}.

    @franto thanks! It was more fun playing it on the TV than converting it, but so worth it :)

    @jonmulcahy You're welcome, and thanks again for sharing the videos and how it went along with publishing it.

    John it has been about month, can you share download stats for your game.

    for those of you who do download it, I'd appreciate some reviews. The Kindle Fire doesn't allow people to review apps from the device, so it makes gathering reviews more difficult :)

    i guess it should be expected, but making the game free increased the daily downloads like 1000%. I'm happy that so many more people are getting to play the game, especially in this format.

    @jonmulcahy its a very nice game.

    This is probably wrong thread to ask, but is there an iPhone version in the future for a long way home? I know there is an iPad version but an iPhone version would be cool.

    there was a long time ago, i pulled it from sale a few years ago because it wasn't doing well and the letter boxing was brutal. this version would translate perfectly

    long way off. I have some ideas on paper for new hazards, but that's about it. I have 3-4 apps I want to make before I revisit this. Maybe in a year
