I wanna ask if i have put in the new restore in app purchase behavior , do i still need to put the deprecated old restore in app purchase behavior in it ?

The new behaviors should not require the old behaviors to work properly.
But i did that in my Buy in app purchase button and it all works well.

Right, that's what depreciated means. They may still support it, but support could be phased out whenever they choose to do that.
So i should only use the new restore in app purchase behavior in my restore iap button?

one last question....
will the behavior checks if the player had bought the non-consumable item before?
and
can i put the restore iap button on the same scene with the buy iap button?
The restore should check to see if the non-consumable has been purchased before and update the purchase table.
You can put the restore on the same scene with the buy button, yes.
