Good evening.
I know that this is a very popular topic and has been discussed many times, but is there a simple way to make a parallax background?
I would like to make my background layers move vertically with different speeds and stop them to go any higher at a significant point.
I've searched many topics but all i got was a mess in my head.

Check out scrolling background
You'd basically have two of them ... or more... on top of each other at different speeds.
Search youtube for "monster robot studios parallax". They have an excellent tutorial on how to make a parallax scrolling background.
@PureEpicStudios also has a great free template. Very nice looking.
