if you need to use a special font, I would say no, custom fonts are not allowed yet.
however you can always just create images of what you want to show, and use that in place.

You could copy and paste the Arabic text into the display text behavior.
Arabic works in display and tables. Ive made a few word/puzzle games in english and arabic for a client. Some rules need to be slightly different for the langauge as arabic is written right to left but it was fairly easy to convert to arabic.
