Chartboost Ads Not Showing Anymore

Has this happened to anyone else? My games used to show ads, and now they don't. I never updated or messed with anything on Chartboost. Please help... thanks

The same at my end in germany. Two apps was not accepted from Apple last night because the missing ads.
No not the same issue. My games are already on the AppStore. Just stopped displaying ads
It's the same error - my apps in the appstore stopped the ads displaying too.
Have you tried other games? Sometimes Chartboost does have technical issues
I tried all of my >60 apps. All the same - no longer chartboost ads.
My chartboost ads suddenly stopped working today also??

Still not working on all of my apps. Made a new chartboost account and tested on a development version of my app and they work..
I sent a support ticket to chartboost. I suggest everyone do the same.
Hey guys - I'm looking into it. I haven't heard it from anywhere else, but this is too many accounts to be random. TappWater - I actually see that you're showing ads in the account I found for you. Feel free to PM me with a different account if that's the case.
bktennis12 is right - support tickets (generally here we use gamesalad@chartboost.com) are the way to go.
but - i'm helping to look into it and will check back here.

@weblantis I'm seeing impressions being served in your account both yesterday and today.
Would you guys please send an email to gamesalad@chartboost.com with your account names and login info so that I can look deeper into it. It's weird that I'm seeing you serving impressions but you're not.

@Dan_Chartboost Sorry for my late answer and thank you for your help. I was out of town so now I found the time to checked it again. I'll send you a support request in the next minutes.
You are right, the android apps get's now impressions but the Apple ones does not.
Because we run many updates in the moment the Apple Review team rejected a few apps because there comes no advertising up.

Has anyone heard anything. I have an app waiting for update and a app waiting for review. I dont want to have to switch to revmob.

No news from Chartboost at my end and all Apple apps are still without chartboost ads.
Chartboost says they are working with me as of now. No ads showing as of right now. I just submitted another app to Apple, but made a different Chartboost account. The ads are working with that new account in my test builds.
I emailed chartboost's gamesalad connection and left a support ticket and havent heard anything yet?

If you've written in to me and given me your account name/email and the app id / iTunes or Google Play link of the game, we're looking into it. I'm actually guessing everything is working and it's a result of the Amazon Web Services leap second stuff from yesterday, but we'll troubleshoot.
I see some of the same. Have two games released last week that show banners. Just released a new game yesterday that don't show any banners.
All was working fine with ad hoc build. iOS app.

seeing a weird drop but I still got money as usual or better (holidays i guess)

IS anyone else still seeing this? I published an update to two games using chartboost interstitials and neither of them are showing anything. Chartboost does show the SDK as being implemented on their website, and the install but i'm not seeing any ads, either in test mode or dev mode. @BlackCloakGS @Dan_Chartboost

5 minutes later i finally start seeing test ads in one of the two apps. So everything seems ok now
