Stupid question , can you publish to ios from a windows laptop or not , totaly baffled mow

    GameSalad are apparently working on providing the ability to sign apps on Windows, allowing you to test your game on your iPhone without needing a Mac.

    It is still expected that you'll need to use a Mac to actually deliver your game to Apple, though, when submitting it to the App Store.

    So short answer, no.
