How to add "BILLING permission to your APK."

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Well I have 2 apps both with in-app purchase. One is a free one with ads & theres another version for 99 cents without ads. I've published the free version & added the in-app purchases with no problem. Now I'm trying to publish the 99 cent version without ads & Google Play Dev said I have to add BILLING permission to your APK. How do I do this? I didn't get this for the free version of my app

    It says my app doeasn't have any in app .. but it does

    First upload the .apk to Google Play, and then you can set the in-app purchases. See the GS cookbook. It´s all explained there.

    @NipaDidIt That's what I did hahaha. Google isnt recognizing that I have in app in the apk file

    Did you remember to put the Licence Key in GS publishing page? And check the Google in-app purchases box?
