Time Checker? (i.e. Come back in 24 hours for next challenge)

Is there a way to do this? I want players to do a challenge and it only be accessible once every 24 hours. Can this be done?

Basically I just need it to work like if last time played is > 24 hours, then allow them to take their daily amount of currency. This template looks like it could possible make this work.
Or even like a countdown timer, just need to to function outside of the app.
This template will allow you to know exactly how much time has passed since the app was last opened. It would be pretty simple to check if that amount of time is >24 hours. The template is a bit overkill for your needs, though.
Could I instead pay you to make that?
I'm afraid the time it would take me to strip the template down to just that would cost you about the same as the cost of the template. I can do that for you if you really want, though.
