User Radar like Lovoo or Tinder

Hey guys.
Im new with Gamesalad and just tried the trail till now.
Now, in my current project i want to make an user detector like in lovoo or tinder.
it should looks like a radar and if a people using this app appears around a fix radius the radar will shown me this.
is this possible with Gamesalad?
