What´s happened with Banner and iAP?

I've just created my app with the Version 13.38.
On Test Flight loaded the app on my iPhone to test Apple iAds and RevMob.
Neither works!
Nor can the button below to purchase the iAP not test.
Then tried to test on adHoc ... the same problem.
No banners, no advertisements of RevMob.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?
A month ago, I was able to test both via adHoc or Test Flight.
I just tested an older app via adHoc, created with an RC version ... here banner display!

if you think there's a bug make sure you submit it so the developers get a notice
Just submit to the GS Team...
Hi there, I´m just testet to generate my app with the RC Version 13.18. After the app generated I load the AdHoc on my phone were the banners visible. Works!
Property I downloaded the GS version 13.36 and generated the AdHoc. Again, the banner is not functioning.
Are you still seeing the issue with IAP? It seems to work for me.

Until this morning, unfortunately yes. But I can try to generate again the app.

Just generated my AdHoc with GS 13.38 and tested on iPhone.
No Banner works for me...
