Anyone else having trouble connect with appstore

I was testing an app I am about to release and all of my iaps worked fine until a couple hours ago. So I started testing other other gamesalad apps and I couldnt connect with the appstore. Then I tried other popular apps and when I would click to remove ads it would just keep loading and never give me a login. Anyone else having this problem? By the way gamecenter is working fine on all apps I've tested.

    Nevermind I'm an idiot lol. When I updated to ios 9 I didnt enter my password.
