How to constrain an actor to the background and move with it

Hey

I want to know how to constrain an actor to the background and make the background move with the actor? So when the actor moves the background moves.

    Not sure i understand completely, but...
    Put the background actor in a new layer and uncheck scrollable.

    I'm not sure I understand either, it almost sounds like you might be asking how to scroll the camera and keep actors stationary on screen. If so I have a tutorial for that.

    Hey thanks for the info. I actually want a scrolling menu so when you touch the screen you can scroll up or down. Any help with it?
