GamesaladBug: Splash Screen does not equal device orientation

The Splash Screen does ignore the orientation of the device.

Resulting in the situation of having the splash screen one way and the game starting up in another.

    @BigDave,

    Can't you adjust this under "Screen" by specifying the orientation? The "Screen" button appears when you are in a particular scene. Under "Scene", look for Autorotate.

    Not sure it's strictly a bug - I don't remember GameSalad ever rotating the splash screen. Just something very minor people always accepted. But regardless, be sure to submit a bug report/feature request. Posting about it on the forums will have very little effect!

    @BigDave,

    Check every scene is the same in terms of size and autorotate. Beyond that, I have no clue at this point. I hope that sorts it out for you!

    Yeah its nothing we seem to be able to effect. Since we have no such options for the splash screen. Which is somehow handled outside of any scene and the actual accessible project.

    Loading screen has always been portrait. More a feature request.

    The splash screen goes by so quickly (at least on android), that i just put a black image for the splash, and build a custom splash screen as my very first scene on the game.
