in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi everyone !
Would someone please be able to tell me in simple terms how I could sign my game apk that I generated when I went to Publish .I would also like to know how to put it on my Android device from my PC ? All the tutorials I've tried are not working so far .

    It's not a simple process to be explained in a comment. There is no easy way. If you explain where you are having issues we can help you past the issue.
