Noob Question about banner ads

Hey guys, I am a rookie.

I made a game and now I am putting Ads into it and I wanted to know if something was possible.

I have a game with multiple scenes (about 32) and I want a banner ad to be displayed on the top of each scene.

I don't know how to do this.

Doesn't the user need to be on the same banner ad for 30 seconds in order for it to count as an impression?
How can I keep the same banner ad on all of the scenes?

    Make an actor and place a timer that after .5 seconds show banner on top. Place this off scene in each scene. Also an add needs to be shown for 45 seconds for a full impression per Apple. After that it refreshes.

    What if the user is not on the same scene for 45 seconds?

    If they are not on the same scene for say....only 35 seconds then your impression rate would drop slightly. It's not hard to get a 100% at first but keeping it over time is harder. You can have a 100% but if your not getting a large number of requests it won't matter anyways because your eCPM will drop considerably. You need lots of requests and as high of an impression rate as possible and that will make your eCPM stay high. @KBE_alex

    Side note...I will be moving from iAds because Apple is getting out of the ad business.
