Is there a way that we can share hi-scores between all players of a game?
Yes on iOS gamecenter leaderboards and Amazon game circle leaderboard. We currently do not have access to goggle leaderboards.
You can also do cross-platform leaderboards using http://www.appformative.com - though I think there's a minor cost for that feature.

Next, do you know if we could use it to make a universal counter in some way. So we could know for example.. how many bullets everyone playing the game, ever fired?
@smurfed, yes, if you roll your own server or use a back-end service like ours (signature). We do accommodate custom requests.
