I'm going to sound stupid but I don't what intergers do or what they can be used for.
Any explanation?

Hi Frazzle, integers are whole numbers, i.e 1, 7, 584, etc. They are used as values in attributes; and these attributes are used in Behaviours in the Rules.

If you're just starting out with GS, I can thoroughly recommend going through all of the videos; that'll bring you up to speed quickly.
