Trouble publishing

Hi. I've been trying to publish my game (for testing purposes) and have got this error – see attachment. Any ideas?

    So I just tried again – 2 hours later and it works. Anyone have an idea why that happened? It's happened before, not too long ago. Curiously, all of the avatars representing everyone in the forum were missing. This happened last time as well.

    probably a hiccup somewhere between you and the GS headquarters. It happens from time to time.
