Greeting all! First I want to thank those of you who have supported the Live Stream. I am currently averaging near 80 views an episode!

    Also it would help us if you could link your youtube live video like this

    in the main description above I found myself searching for the link a couple of times, the link in the signature is just not where I tend to look for it. Maybe its just me..

    The reason why comments are disabled on all my videos is because in the past my site get's trolled by Gamesalad haters and they make post with derogatory comments about Gamesalad. I can add the link to the lifestream.

    So I make my comment here.
    What was the main reason you didn't publish your finished multiplayer game?
    Is there something that holds you back that is missing from the engine in general or is it steam related?

    I am still excited by the possibilities and frightend by the amount of planning and try and error I will have to go through.

    The playstogether system is not in the publishing system yet. It was introduced in a nightly build over a year ago on the Mac creator and never got to the stage where it was built out in the publishing system. I asked @codewizard a few months ago before I invested lots of time in creating a 20 part video series on how to build a multiplayer game using the Playstogether system. He, at that time, said they did have plans to reintroduce it. Since they desire to keep both the Mac and Windows builds in sync with features, they would need to build it into the Windows version. If enough people ask for it as a feature, I imagine we could get that and steam as the next features to release. The Mac version works even now in 1.25 if you have an original file where you setup the playstogether option as all those network features are still there just hidden. You can still, last I checked a few months ago, setup a playstogether account and test the game using two copies of creator on a Mac computer but you can't publish it out.

    Thanks. Today was hectic and a minor audio glitch but got it sorted quick thanks to a viewer in the chat! Wire cast can be a pain sometimes with audio. I'll have to increase my preset up time to an hour. Instead of a half hour.

    @Lost_Oasis_Games yea that was me , the problem is i had internet connection issues I didn't know if it was due to my connections or from your side but then I herd hopscotch talking so wanted to inform you. About the question I asked due to my connections again I sent the message but it didnt reach thats why it was confusing when you read it, it came up late .

    It was mainly on the level analysis part where you were discussing the number of users that failed and tried again. But I didnt want to interrupt again so i just skipped it. Great show looking forward for the next one !

    Yes we want to let them finish the odds and ends of 1.25 and see if they say anything about what they might have planned next.

    Haven't had chance to view this yet... hope to later today if I can! Looks very good.

    One question - which may have been answered in the video:
    There's an initial data point limit of 25000 per app I believe, what happens if you go above this and haven't purchased an extended data point limit? Does it just overwrite the initial data? Or stop recording new data points??

    @DigiChain , if you choose not to upgrade past the initial free 25000 data points, we assume you are not interested in the data and you will no longer have access to the reports. You may choose to unlock this at a later date, the data is being collected.

    Everything else works as before, no impact or restrictions on your app functionality, triggers, messaging or any other features you use in game. We do NOT hold you ransom with the threat of a crippled user experience like other companies do!

    In essence, once you are over the free limit, just pay as long as extra data interests you, or has value for you. We do not tie you into any obligations.

    That said, it is a very expensive service to run, so we would appreciate some support. :)

    Compare this to other anayltics companies, where you are tied into a huge monthly fee as long as you app generates data.

    Another point to highlight, analytics is only a small part of the features we offer. APPFormative strives to offer extensive back-end services and controls for you live apps.
