How to make a search system?

Hello everyone!!

I want to make a search system.

If I input "Apple" and touch search button, my screen will change scenes to "page-apple".

And I want to make a bag , like this.

    You should be able to find templates already online for these..

    Start at GSHelper.com and search for things like "search" and "inventory"
