GSHelper Vendor??
Hey everyone. I've been away from gamesalad for a long time and I thought I'd sell some of my old work on the marketplace.
Several months ago I came here and saw the new official marketplace is gshelper so I applied to be a vendor. Fast forward several months, and my account still hasn't been approved. What's going on? Nobody is in charge of this site? Can someone please tell me how i can be quickly approved so I can start selling?
Thanks

I'll tag @uptimistik so he can see it.
Template sales are all but dead so don't expect a lot from it but Jon will be able to set you up.
@UtopianGames Just on GSHelper?
I've been gone for a while
No I would imagine all template sites are very slow, I don't think anyone makes templates anymore because of very low single figure sales.
I stopped making them over a year ago and moved on to other things after it became unviable.
You could make the best ever template and sell it for only $5 and still only get a handful of sales...it's not like it used to be

100% Agree!
That's too bad, well better something than nothing I guess. It's just sitting on my computer otherwise..
I guess they don't review products much either
Review? Do you mean check if you submitted a product?
Jon is normally good at making products live usually within 24 hours.
..And one more question. How do they handle payments? I had some orders a few days ago and nothing has shown up in my paypal account. It only shows up in the vendor orders panel.
They are having payment issues. Copy your sales and email them over, they are hoping to have this fixed by Friday. Normally you get paid immediately.
@uptimistik sent, thanks!
@blue_elephant Maybe if GameSalad's education push is successful the GS template business will pick up?
I don't know if this is still a problem but I still haven't received anything..
You haven't received any payments?
