How can I check the size of my game?

in Working with GS (Mac)

I want to know how much ram is used in my game, the size of my game, etc.
Because my game is taking forever to load in preview I think I went over the top using too much graphics and music.

    GameSalad removed the convenient method as it was not accurate (but was a good guess!)
