Can I use this font?

in Working with GS (Mac)

I recently purchased, Pinkio75's game, "Crush These Ants". Am I still allowed to use his font for the numbers and menu if I wanted to publish this for the iOS app store?

    Since the template says that all art is included, I'd say the answer would be yes. Asking the vendor directly is always a good idea, though.

    Yes, I asked him, but he has not been active for 11 days... So thought Id give the community a shot, thanks!

    Is it a custom font added to the project? If so what's the font's name.

    It's not custom, just pictures really.

    Then it's pretty clear, as @Braydon_SFX stated... you can use all of the artwork, fonts included.
